Claudia Nance Rollins School of Public Health Detention Vault

The detention vault for the Claudia Nance Rollins School of Public Health was a simple cast-in-place concrete vault structure designed to detain storm water run off for the proposed building site at Emory University.

This storm water detention vault was built very economically using hand-set modular wall panels and 10 kip per leg scaffolding for the soffit. The vault was constructed in 3 weeks with 3 major placements: Base slab, walls and lid.
